Archive Storage FAQs

We offer a free review of any existing data/document storage and destruction contracts and you may be able to transfer to RHDS at no cost to you.

We are accredited by ISO 27001 and compliant with the latest General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rules.

Our purpose built storage facility has 24 hour security and fire detection systems so you can be confident your data assets will be protected and secure.

Off-site archived storage of your documents does not mean that they are inaccessible. RHDS utilises specialist document recording and coding processes enabling us to quickly locate the required document.  Our service level agreement is 30 minutes from receipt of request to you accessing the right document, either at our on-site viewing room or sent to your desktop.
